Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver
We deliver to every state and territory in Australia. Queensland sites are serviced by our own trucks; New South Wales, the ACT, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are handled through our freight partners, quoted against your delivery postcode and site access.
For deliveries outside Queensland the carrier and booked window are confirmed in writing before dispatch. Side-loader or swing-lift unloading may be arranged where a tilt-tray cannot unload at the receiving end.
Delivery is quoted, not flat-rated
Delivery is quoted separately from the unit price, against your delivery postcode, the size and weight of the unit, and the access at the site. A delivery quote is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued.
Where a delivery has been quoted on the basis of access described by the customer and the access on the day is materially different, the delivery may be re-quoted and any difference charged.
Access requirements
The customer is responsible for confirming that the delivery vehicle can reach the set-down point: adequate width (typically a minimum of 3.5 metres for a tilt-tray), overhead clearance free of powerlines, branches and structures, firm level ground, and space to turn.
If a unit cannot be delivered because access was not as described, the delivery charge remains payable and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Tilt-tray and crane delivery
Standard delivery is by tilt-tray where the truck can reach the set-down point. Crane delivery is arranged where it cannot, and is quoted as a separate line.
Crane lifts require clear overhead space and firm ground for the crane outriggers. The customer must confirm there are no underground services in the crane set-up area.
Timing
Stock units are typically dispatched within a few working days of cleared payment, subject to truck availability and weather. Modified units are scheduled from workshop completion.
We will give an indicative delivery window and confirm the day before. Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed times, because road, weather and site conditions affect scheduling.
Damage in transit
Any damage must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery and reported to us in writing within 48 hours, with photographs. Damage not recorded at delivery may not be accepted as a transit claim.
Collection and hire returns
Hire units are collected at the end of the term on a date agreed in writing. The unit must be empty, accessible and in the position it was delivered to, unless relocation was arranged.
