Container
hire.
Short and long term hire on site offices, secure storage, ablution blocks and refrigerated units. Delivered, set down, serviced and collected — on a written hire agreement.
What we hire
Our hire fleet is drawn from the same stock we sell. Every unit is inspected before it goes out — doors swing, seals hold, floors are sound, and the frame is straight. If a unit is not good enough to sell, it does not go on hire either.
Secure storage containers
10ft, 20ft and 40ft units with lock boxes. Suitable for tools, materials, retail overflow and seasonal stock. Ground-level access, no ramp needed.
Site offices and crib rooms
Insulated, lined, powered and air-conditioned cabins with windows, doors, lighting and power circuits. Furnished or empty depending on the term.
Ablution and toilet blocks
1+1 and 2+1 configurations plumbed for mains connection, with waste tank options where mains sewer is not available.
Refrigerated containers
Reefer units for produce, cold chain and event storage. Temperature set on site and monitored for the duration of the hire.
Hire terms
Term options.
Rates depend on unit type, term length and delivery distance. Every hire is confirmed in writing before delivery, with the rate, term, delivery charge and bond set out.
Short term
Week to week for events, short builds and seasonal overflow. Minimum hire period applies and is stated on the quote.
Fixed term
One to twelve months at a fixed monthly rate. The rate is held for the term, not reviewed mid-hire.
Long term
Twelve months and beyond, with a reduced rate and scheduled servicing included for the duration.
Hire to buy
On selected units, part of the hire paid can be credited against purchase. Ask before you sign.

Who is responsible for damage during hire?
The hirer is responsible for the unit while it is on site, fair wear and tear excepted. We photograph every unit before delivery and again at collection, and both sets are shared with you. A bond is held for the term and reconciled against that comparison.
Can the unit be moved on site?
Only by arrangement. A loaded container shifted without the right plant will distort the frame and can void the hire. Tell us if the position is likely to change.
Do you deliver outside Queensland?
We deliver Australia-wide. Queensland sites are serviced by our own trucks; every other state and territory is handled through our freight partners, quoted against your postcode and site access before the hire starts.
What happens if we need it longer?
Tell us before the term ends and we extend it at the same rate, subject to availability. Extensions are confirmed in writing.
Is power included?
No. Cabins and reefers are supplied with the electrical fit-out, but connection to site power and any generator supply is the hirer's responsibility.
